Shijiazhuang desulphurization pump mechanical seal diversity type single end seal and non-container type (commonly known as bulk) double end seal.

Assembly type single end face is mainly used for slurry circulation pump seal, pre-assembled by the sealing manufacturer when leaving the factory, without customer adjustment, direct assembly is good. Easy to install and simple to use.

The non-assembled (bulk) double end faces are mainly used for peripheral desulfurization pumps, which need to be adjusted by the customer during assembly, and the installation and use requirements are high. The installation is unchanged, but the service cycle is longer than the single end face.

The sealing surface is made of high quality non-pressure sintered silicon carbide and high quality hard alloy, and the matrix material can be selected as SUS316L, 2205, 2507, etc. The structure has the advantages of resistance to blockage, abrasion and corrosion, and the service life is more than twice that of the ordinary mechanical seal. Main applications:

The mechanical seal is used FOR desulfurization of flue gas from coal-fired power generation. It is suitable for slurry circulation pump of absorption tower, gypsum slurry pump, limestone slurry pump and gypsum discharge pump.
