The mechanical seal for reaction kettle 205 is double end face, multi - spring non - balance structure. The purpose of sealing is mainly achieved by the pressure difference between the sealing liquid and the sealed medium in the sealing cavity. The sealing liquid needs another device to circulate, and the whole system is more complex. Therefore, it is only used for sealing inflammable, explosive, toxic and strong corrosive media in special occasions. When the temperature exceeds 180 ° C, the cooling water tank should be set, and the installation height should be 80 mm. When the pressure is greater than 0.6MPa, the pressure balancing device should be used.
