Mechanical seal maintenance

BJERRINGBRO SEAL has introduced the concept of mechanical seal repair/restoration to the fluids industry and they have found that it can save up to 60% on mechanical seal costs.

We repair all types and brands of mechanical seals as standard, special design or OEM. We are responsible for the replacement of damaged parts, providing graphite, silicon carbide or tungsten carbide parts, leakage testing by grinding the sealing faces and assembling the finished product. We also provide repair kits, which are repaired according to the manufacturer 's original dimensions and tolerances.
 

Pump maintenance

Our expertise and familiarity with a wide range of pump manufacturers and models enables us to provide pump repair services (whether centrifugal, slurry, screw, etc.). Standard repair practices include: In-depth evaluation and parts inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of bearings, oil seals and gaskets, replacement of mechanical seals, shaft alignment or replacement, dynamic balancing of impellers and leakage testing and quality control.

We also manufacture and supply parts such as impellers, shafts, pump casings, shaft sleeves and bearing housings. All manufactured parts meet the manufacturer 's original tolerances and are dynamically balanced.
